Veloq Labs ("we") is run by Vidar Martensson in Sweden. This policy explains what personal data the website veloq-labs.app collects and why.
Newsletter
If you sign up for updates, we collect your email address. We use it only to send news about Veloq Labs and our apps. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
The list is managed by our email provider MailerLite (UAB "MailerLite", Lithuania, EU), which processes the data on our behalf. After signing up you receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription.
Every email contains an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, you stop receiving emails. You can also ask us to delete your data entirely.
The website
The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It saves your language choice (English or Swedish) in your browser's local storage so that you see the same language next time; this never leaves your device. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at hello@veloq-labs.app. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
